Farm / Non-Farm Financial Statements
The farm/non-farm financial statements are the reports used to determine the
profitability of the business, evaluate new investments, or analyze changes in
equity.
Transaction Journal
The Transaction Journal lists all entries grouped income, expense, wage
withholdings and losses, loans, and accounts receivable. Every transaction is
listed the way it was entered.

Non-Farm Income Statement
The Non-Farm Income Statement lists the year-to-date dollar amount for each
non-farm income and expense account code. It summarizes non-farm income,
itemized expenses, family living expenses and calculates net non-farm inflow.

Check Register
The Check Register is a detailed listing of all checks, deposits, and
transfers for a range of dates. The report calculates the bank balance for the
specified period. Options for the report are sorted by check number or sorted by
date and then check number.

Income Statement
The Income Statement (aka Profit and Loss Statement) measures the success of
the business for a period of time. It includes cash farm business receipts and
expenses, depreciation expense, and the change in operating inventory value.

Schedule F
The Schedule F report lists all farm income and expense, except for breeding
livestock and capital asset items. A depreciation charge is obtained from the
Planning option.

Sources and Uses Statement
The Sources and Uses Statement lists the sources and uses of funds and
computes the net flow of funds and ending bank balances. It uses only broad
categories for sources and uses of funds, and provides only year-to-date values.

Flow of Funds
The Flow of Funds report is similar to the Monthly Cash Flow report but only
lists year-to-date values. It compares the budget values to year-to-date actual
values and computes the percent of budget used. It only computes properly if
budget values for each account code have been entered in the Planning option.

Projected Cash Flow
The Projected Cash Flow report is identical to the Monthly Cash Flow report,
except the budget values recorded in the Planning option are used instead of
actual values. This report is used to compare actual income and expenses to a
planned budget.

Financial Analysis
The Financial Analysis lists farm and non-farm income and expenses by ATI
code. It includes year-to-date values for units, weight, and amount; and
calculates net cash flow for both farm and non-farm.

Monthly Cash Flow Report
The Monthly Cash Flow lists the sources and uses of cash by income and
expense categories. It shows the money flow and includes farm and non-farm
income and expense totals by ATI account code, along with loans and accounts
receivables.

Balance Sheet
The Balance Sheet is a statement of the financial condition of the business
at a specific time and contains detailed information on assets and liabilities.
Supporting schedules (based on either operating or market values) can be printed
for year beginning or end.

Net Taxable Income Statement
The Net Taxable Income Statement computes farm and non-farm taxable income,
as well as net income per book. It includes farm income and expenses values
incorporated in the preliminary Schedule F report as well as non-farm income and
business expenses.

External Number Report
The External Number report is similar to the Transaction Journal except only
entries with an external code are listed. It can also display a selected
external number.

Credit Analysis
The Credit Analysis report displays detailed information for Loans and
Accounts Receivable. It lists beginning balances, loans or accounts receivable
received, payments made, and calculates the year-to-date ending balance.

Inventory Detail Listing
The Inventory Detail Listing is a complete listing of all beginning and
ending inventory transactions. The transactions are grouped into major income
and expense categories. The report is similar to the balance sheet supporting
schedules and will list either operating or market value inventory transactions.

Tax Planning Reports
Tax Table Rates Report
The Tax Table Rates report lists the rates used for calculating tax
withholdings for salaried employees and entering paychecks for hourly employees.
Farm Auto and Farm Utility percentages will vary by user. State taxes will vary
depending on your operating state.

Sales Tax Liability
This report summarizes the sales tax you've collected and currently owe to
your tax authorities. The report shows your total taxable sales, non-taxable
sales, and the amount of sales tax you owe each tax authority in the column
called tax collected. If you collect sales tax for more than one tax authority
(city, county, state), each one has its own line in the report.

Tax Planning Values Report
The Tax Planning Values report lists specific estimated financial and tax
planning values to be used in providing preliminary Schedule F and Net Taxable
Income Statements. The Annual Depreciation of Equipment value is also used in
the Income Statement report.

There are two 1099 reports that help prepare you for your 1099 tax reporting
requirement.

Payroll Reports
Payroll reports provide monthly and year-to-date detailed records for wages
paid and withholdings per employee as well as tax deposits. Preliminary
employer's annual tax returns can also be printed.
Payroll Pay Stubs
The payroll pay stub report can be used to re-print pay stubs or when the
paycheck writer is not used to print paychecks. A single employee or all
employees can be printed for a specified bank account.

Enterprise Reports
The enterprise reports provide a comprehensive analysis of enterprises for
which records are kept. The analysis includes all income, expense, inventory,
and livestock production transactions allocated to specified enterprises. The
enterprise analysis formats are specific to the type of livestock or crop
enterprise.

The Enterprise Analysis report displays all year-to-date income, expense,
inventory, and livestock production transactions allocated to an enterprise.

Unallocated Enterprise Transaction Journal
This report lists all income and expense transactions not allocated to an
enterprise. This report can be used to determine if additional transactions
should be allocated a specific enterprise.

Production Reports
Production reports list information about the increase and decrease of
livestock numbers by livestock type. For each type of livestock, the report
lists the number of head, weight, and value of the beginning inventory,
purchases, births, deaths, and sales; and then computes the estimated number of
head in the ending inventory.
Inventory Analysis Report By Type of Livestock
The Inventory Analysis provides information on the increase and decrease of
livestock numbers by livestock type. For each type of livestock, the report

Invoicing Reports
The Invoicing reports provide the tools necessary to track past due accounts
and manage your sales tax liabilities.
Accounts Receivable Aging Reports
The Invoicing A/R reports allow you to manage past due accounts. The summary
report shows aging periods per customer and the detail report shows all the
details per aging period.

The customer listing report show all currently active customers along with
ship-to contact information.

Code Listings
The code listings provide a complete listing of all inventory, account
(ATIG), and external codes defined for the current fiscal year.
External Codes Report
External Codes are additional codes used to more completely define income,
expense, loan, and accounts receivable transactions. They can be setup for
Loans/Receivables, Employees, Family Living, Miscellaneous, and Vendors.

Payroll Codes Report
Payroll codes are used to track withholding and payment information used to
generate the payroll reports. This report shows the withheld and payment ATIG/D
assignments per calendar year along with "subject to" indicators.

Account (ATIG) Codes
The Account-Transaction-Item-General (ATIG) codes are used to classify all
transactions as either income, expense, inventory, loans, or accounts
receivable; as well as into major categories within each classification. Options
for this report are all account codes defined for the current fiscal year, or
for a selected ATI code.

Inventory Codes Report
The Inventory Codes report lists all inventory codes defined for the current
fiscal year. Inventory codes are setup automatically by the program based on the
Account-Transaction-Item-General (ATIG) codes.
