Transfer FarmBooks to a New Computer

Please do the following on your new computer and you will be running FarmBooks. It is actual a fairly simple process. Step 2 is most critical to get right.

Step 1 - Install FarmBooks Software via the SETUP.EXE (please contact FarmBooks Support for the current version) - Take defaults at each step of the installation wizard.

Step 2 – Restore your Data - Important to check option "Restore Control Folder" and leave the remaining options as defaulted. (File menu->Restore with no farm database open)

Step 3 - Continue using FarmBooks as Normal
