Purchase Agreement

This is a legal agreement between You, the Purchaser, and Sanders Software Consulting Inc. ("SSCI").

In this Agreement the term Software shall mean any computer program, font or any other item containing or consisting of non tangible computer code being the intellectual property of the Licensor. The Licensee shall mean the person or organization utilizing the Software after its installation on a computer system.

All ownership and copyright of the Software remain the property of SSCI. SSCI grants to the Licensee a nonexclusive right to use the Software according to this Agreement and the License Terms and Conditions.

The Purchaser or Licensee may not modify or alter the Software unless SSCI has agreed in writing.

The Purchaser or Licensee may not lease, license or sub-license the Software or any modified version of it except as provided in this Agreement unless SSCI has given permission in writing.

A reasonable number of copies of the Software may be kept for archival or backup purposes. Such copies to be kept in a location accessible only by the Licensee or his authorized agents.

The Software is provided “As is” without warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Purchaser and Licensee agree to hold SSCI harmless for any actionable consequence that may occur as a result of using the Software.

The user is responsible for determining the suitability of the Software.
