The analysis includes all income, expense, inventory, and livestock production transactions allocated to specified enterprises. The enterprise analysis formats are specific to the type of livestock or crop enterprise. |

Enterprise Transaction JournalThe Enterprise Transaction Journal lists all year-to-date income and expense transactions allocated to enterprises. |
Unallocated Enterprise Transaction JournalThis report lists all income and expense transactions not allocated to an enterprise. This report can be used to determine if additional transactions should be allocated a specific enterprise. |

Account (ATIG) CodesThe Account-Transaction-Item-General (ATIG) codes are used to classify all transactions as whether income, expense, inventory, loans, or accounts receivable; as well as into major categories within each classification. Options for this report are all account codes defined for the current fiscal year, or for a selected ATI code. |
Enterprise ListingThis report lists all enterprises defined for the current fiscal year. |
External CodesExternal Codes are additional codes used to more completely define income, expense, loan, and accounts receivable transactions. External codes can be setup for employees, Family Living, Loans/Receivables, Miscellaneous, and Vendors. |
Inventory CodesThis report lists all inventory codes defined for the current fiscal year. Inventory codes are setup automatically by the program based on the Account-Transaction-Item-General (ATIG) codes. |
Payroll CodesPayroll codes are used to track withholding and payment information used to generate the payroll reports. This report shows the withheld and payment ATIG/D assignments per calendar year along with "subject to" indicators. |

A/R AgingThe Invoicing Account Receivable reports allows you to manage your past due accounts. The summary report show aging periods per customer whereas the detail report offers all the details per aging period. |

Tax Table RatesThe tax table report lists all tax rates setup for the selected calendar year to be utilized when calculating tax withholdings for salaried employees during employee setup and when entering paychecks for hourly employees. Farm Auto and Farm Utility percentages will vary by user. State taxes will vary depending on your business operating state and may need adjusting. |
Tax Planning ValuesThe tax planning values report lists specific estimated financial and tax planning values setup for the current fiscal year to be used in providing preliminary Schedule F and Net Taxable Income Statements. The Annual Depreciation of Equipment value is also used in the Income Statement report as the basis for computing Net Farm Income. |

Sales Tax LiabilityThis report summarizes the sales tax you've collected and currently owe to your tax authorities. The report shows your total taxable sales, non-taxable sales, and the amount of sales tax you owe each tax authority in the column called tax collected. If you collect sales tax for more than one tax authority (city, county, state), each one has its own line in the report. |
